Bike Booker Terms and Conditions 

1. Loss, damage or theft of bicycle

Outspoken will require that the theft of a bike, lock or accessories is reported to the police and a theft report is submitted within one working day. Outspoken must be notified within one working day of any loss, theft, or damage. If we are not notified and/or police report is not submitted individuals may be responsible for the full cost of the bike and accessories.

2. Storage & locking of bicycle

The bikes must be stored overnight in a designated parking area. If left unattended, they must be locked to an immovable object with the bicycle lock that we provide. All bikes must be normally located at hubs within Cambridge. If a bike is stored or locked incorrectly and is lost or stolen individuals will be responsible for the full cost of the bike and accessories.

3. Users

Only employees/guests of specific schemes who have been authorised may use the bikes.

All users must sign to say that they agree with our Terms and Conditions of use.
