LAST UPDATE 14 March 2022:
With the changes that have taken affect on 24 February in Government guidance and with the removal of free testing from 1 April we have taken the careful decision to remove the majority of our measures across our operations and services. De-escalation of measures is in many ways harder to gauge than the escalation, and we have taken a cautious approach throughout the pandemic, usually maintaining consistent measures even when Government guidance relaxed. This was for the health of our staff and clients but to also to maintain operational capacity with many staff such as mechanics unable to work from home.
For us now, we have removed measures such as mask wearing, and reduced caps on courses. We still support any staff or customers who may wish to continue to wear masks and we still provide hand gel. We also see the majority of shop and workshop customers outside as this practically makes sense when handing over bikes or conducting test rides. We have also worked with our sister companies Outspoken Training and Zedify to ensure there is still some separation of our staff within the building but otherwise most other measures have been removed.
