Mobile Bike Workshop
Outspoken Cycles provides arm staff with a mobile workshop covering the majority of our normal workshop servicing from simple puncture repairs through to Gold services.
Servicing will take place on the third Tuesday of each month, with two mechanics on site 9.30am-1.30pm.
To manage the volume of bookings and help us prepare parts where possible, we ask staff to book ahead via our simple booking system.
Employees are responsible for payment of their service (i.e both labour and parts)
Payment is required on the day and can be taken by card by one of our mechanics.
Bookings are available as follows:
- Puncture Repair
- Silver Service OR basic ad hoc repairs as following: gear/brake adjustment, replacement of Chain & Cassette/Brake Pads/Cables/Shifters/Bottom Brackets/Chainsets/Pedals
- Gold Service (NOTE: you will be asked to submit a high res photo of your bike side on, showing the chain side. This is to help us manage any parts.
- The following may be possible ahead of a session but please enquire before booking: brake bleeds for hydraulic brakes, spoke replacement, removal of seized parts, replacement or servicing of bearings (Headsets, Wheels, Press Fit Bottom Brackets), or anything not listed above

IMPORTANT: Once a booking is made, please ensure you drop your bike with us between 9.30 and 10am. We will contact you when your bike is ready to collect but please do not come any later than 1.30pm. We reserve the right to charge a late fee for collection after this time if our mechanics have had to wait on site for you. This will be charged at our mechanic standard rate.
WALK UP BOOKINGS: We will always do our best to help with emergency repairs on the day to get you home. If you have a non-urgent repair and you have not booked, do come and talk to us. We will accommodate you if we can within the time limit but we cannot guarantee this.
