Our thanks to Camcycle for the vision and organisation of this brilliantly run festival, it has attracted both new, potential and well established cyclists, in this case to look at the possibilities that cargo bikes bring. The demo course, constructed amongst the trees gave the chance to try a wide range of machines supplied by Outspoken Cycles, Circe Cycles, The School Run Centre and Power to the Pedal. Trikes, box bikes, tandems, triplets and long bikes were on show from a wide range of manufacturers.
Riders had an interest in a wide range of uses, transporting children, local shopping, allotment produce, fishing gear, commercial bread delivery, landscape gardening and even a possible taxi service.
