Welcome to Outspoken Cycles, The cargo bike specialist in Cambridge! We sell electric cargo bikes, trikes, tandems, children’s bikes, and more.
We also offer fun cycle-themed event activities, Dr Bike sessions, maintenance training and pool bikes. Our customers include businesses, local authorities, schools and community groups, as well as individuals. Whatever it is, we’re here to encourage more cycling!
We work across the country and are always happy to work with customers to tailor our services to your needs.

Coronavirus Update
We are open for business as normal during national lockdown restrictions.
Services include shop, repairs, collection service, & test rides.
Our current opening hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8.30am-5pm and Saturday 9.30am-4.30pm
Repairs Collection Service on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

When visiting our shop please observe the following:
- Wear a face covering whilst visiting the shop.
- Preferably inform us by phone or email that you intent to visit.
- Avoid visiting in groups greater than 2 people.
- Maintain a distance of 2 meters from staff and any other customers.
- Ensure children are kept with you at all times to maintain social distancing.
We hope that these precautions don’t impede your ability to access our bike shop during this time.

With a range of electric and non-electric cargo bikes, Tandems, Children’s Bikes, and more, our shop at The Bike Depot on Cowley Road has something for all. Cycling themed activities for your events
We’ve got a whole range of fun cycle-themed activities available to hire, from Pedal Powered Scalextrics and Cinemas through to our Smoothie Bikes and Try Out Shows. Our activities are great for a broad range of audiences, from private parties and corporate events such as wellbeing or team-building days, through to family events and community fetes. Bike repairs and Dr Bikes
Our workshop servicing operates Mondays and Thursdays at The Bike Depot, offering a range of services from a quick puncture repair to a full Platinum strip down and rebuild. We also offer mobile Dr. Bike repairs and managed fleet servicing for your business! Click here to visit our repairs page
One-day and accredited maintenance courses
Our spacious training workshop is the perfect place to learn more about bike maintenance. Our popular one-day home mechanic courses are a perfect place to start, teaching the basics of bike repair.
